Horses at Carrera's Fun Farm
Photo Gallery

Here is the first page of the pictures I took of the horses on "Carrera's Fun Farm".

I was trying to take pictures of the foal in this section of the field but the horses ran away because the GreatDane "puppy" decided to go chasing them. The foal in is the back of the photo between two adults and the dog is to the right.
This photo is when I first went out to take some photos of the horses and I got a kick out of them thinking I was going to be feeding them and that is why they were coming to 'great' me at the fence. Gene and I were there a week earlier and I was feeding this section of the pasture some of the grasses growing on the outside of the fence, so I guess they remembered that.
This is a pic of the foal in the front pasture section. I kept trying to get some close ups of him and the others but the dog kept chasing them away from me.
One of the horses that did finally come to me at the fence on that cement slab and stayed there with me for quite some time while I 'talked' to it.
This is the same horse looking about wondering if I was going to give him some grass.
He seems to really be listening to me!
These horses were so friendly, I could just stand near the fence and they would come near. (Really, they were probably looking for a handout!)
A lot of these pics I took so that I could study them to learn to draw my horses more realistic, that is why there are so many photos!
I tried to get pictures of as many different poses as possible.
I put a little bit of the grassy stuff in his feed bucket since the ground was all muddy and wet.
