Horses at Carrera's Fun Farm
Photo Gallery 3

The saga continues on page 3, as I continue to take photos of the horses, though it is cold and windy and a bit drizzling! (giggles - Imagine how many photos I would have taken if it had been a beautiful day outside!)

As you will notice on this page, most of the photos are of the pinto. This was because she was really friendly and actually enjoyed my company as I took her picture and talked to her! I really liked her.

These photos are in no particular order when I put them on this page except in the order the computer alphabetized them.

I enjoyed watching the foal. He had a temperament just as the adults did and wasn't afraid to show them!
I loved this photo. The greatdane pup decided he wanted to go into the pasture and have some fun with the foal but the pinto wasn't about to let that happen as she turned her attentions from me to the pesky pup in her pasture!
I enjoyed the interactions of the horses. This pinto is not the mother of the foal but still kept an eye out for its well being.
Here the foal was showing no fear from any of the adults. He did seem to have a bit of an attitude about him!
I think the foal is trying to show who is actually boss in this field! (LOL)
I was actually getting a kick out of the greatdane pup. He was so large I was worried he wouldn't be able to fit under the fencing, but he persevered and succeeded. A few times he would just stick his nose under the fencing and the pinto would check him out as well.
I guess the horses were just saying hi to each other.
Just taking pictures as the horses did their thing!
I thought this was going to be a really good picture till I got to look at it in Paint Shop Pro5 and saw the rain drops on the lens. :(
Another good shot with rain drops on the lens....like I said, it was nasty weather when I was taking these photos. I look at this photo and the first thing that comes to my mind is the foal has a 'fungus' on his neck! (I have been keeping and breeding tropical fish for over 27 years!)
While I took pics of this pinto, I also kept an eye on the foal in the background.
